Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Andrea Popp and I would love to help plan your upcoming wedding, conference, or event.
I got my start in events when I was a teenager as a banquet server at a New England bed and breakfast. I worked dozens of weddings and events throughout high school and college, and loved every minute of it (except for hearing “Play that Funky Music” 100 times)!
In college, I studied Anthropology and Events Management. Once I graduated, I dawdled around a bit while I tried to find work (hellooo, recession!). After a few odd jobs, I landed my first gig planning conferences for government agencies. Some of my clients include the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Department of Education (DOE).
While I am grateful to have to the stability of a 9 to 5 job, my true passion has always been wedding planning. Luckily, I have found time over the years to provide wedding planning services for couples, on top of having a “real” job. For me, wedding planning isn’t work, it is something I truly enjoy doing.
